Privacy Policy
Last updated: 1 Aug 2026
RapidTunnel was built on a simple principle: data that is never collected cannot be sold, stolen, or handed over. This policy explains what little information we process to operate the service, and what we never touch at all.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect, log, or store:
- Your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal contact details.
- Browsing history, traffic destinations, or DNS queries.
- Your original IP address or connection timestamps tied to activity.
- Passwords — accounts have none. Authentication uses public-key cryptography only.
- Private keys or recovery phrases — these are generated on your device and never transmitted to us.
2. Information We Must Process to Operate
To run the service, we retain only the minimum technical data required:
- Your account's public key, used to authenticate your device.
- Subscription status and remaining service time for each tunnel.
- Operational state of your tunnels (location, provisioning status, aggregate resource usage) needed to keep your infrastructure running.
None of this data identifies who you are or what you do online.
3. Secure Apps
Secure Apps run as non-persistent images inside your tunnel. Restarting an app or tunnel securely erases its data. We have no access to the content you create or view inside Secure Apps.
4. Payments
Payments are handled by third parties: Apple for in-app subscriptions, and cryptocurrency networks for voucher purchases. Payment data processed by those providers is subject to their own privacy policies and data-retention practices, which are outside RapidTunnel's control. Your RapidTunnel account is independent of your payment method, and voucher redemption is not linked to any personal identity.
5. Cookies & Analytics
Our website does not use advertising trackers or sell data to third parties. Any strictly necessary technical storage (such as session state during a voucher checkout) stays on your device and is not used to profile you.
6. Data Requests
Because our platform is designed to retain no personal or identifiable data, there is effectively nothing to disclose in response to a data request beyond the minimal operational data described above. We cannot produce browsing logs or identity records that do not exist.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
